Life twists and turns and is a journey for all of us. Fast forward to 2022 and we drop the glove and bat for . Still just playing in the backyard. Food had been a big part of both of our lives. Various restaurant jobs, inspired moments.
After a few backyard pizza parties for friends and family, we figured why not gauge the public's interest. We created an Instagram page and offered free pizza a couple times out of my apartment parking lot. A rotating cast of friends helping us set up and make it happen. My wife Sydney being the third arm of the whole operation. It was . Lo-Fi as hell. We did the pop up thing for a while. It was great, but just wasn't quite what we wanted. It was a necessity to get started and I'm so glad we did.
After 2 years of being Middle Georgia's go-to lo-fi pizza pop up, we started to look for a building. We landed in the space we now call home. . has been a million things over the years. A barber shop, a thrift store, tattoo shop, a baby photography studio… it had character and was not on the central downtown street. We sort of liked that.
